We think the best place to display art is around your neck.
These are one of a kind in every sense of the word. Hand painted by Allison Hunt Cooper and beaded with African trade beads, coconut, wooden, recycled glass beads.
Collaboration design by Brooke Nelson Eagle and Allison Hunt Cooper - As coastal moms and daughters we all fell in love with the idea of an oyster.
1- the single oyster - if you look closely there are pearls nestled inside - each pearl can represent a child and/or grandchild *** please note in the comments how many pearls you need painted.
So, why the oyster and pearl? Aside from the obvious, the pearls symbolize wisdom acquired through experience. (Can I get an amen?) They are also believed to offer protection. 💪They are known for their calming effect (Eric might argue this fact) and pearls can balance one's karma, strengthen relationships, and keep children safe. The pearl is also said to symbolize the generosity, integrity, and loyalty of its wearer. 💕
Sounds like my mom and every mother I’ve been lucky enough to know!
